In the event that a product is out of stock or there are delays, we will notify you and provide an estimated delivery date.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (domestic)

  • 7–14 business days for international orders

All shipping options include tracking for both domestic and international shipments.


3. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note the following:

  • Customs Fees and Import Duties: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs office.

  • Shipping Time: International shipping may take longer due to customs delays. Estimated delivery times for international orders are generally 10–21 business days depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment. However, tracking updates for international shipments may take a little longer to appear in the system.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible to attempt an address correction. Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the address.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check around your property, including with neighbors or in secure locations.

  3. Contact the carrier directly to report the issue.

If the package is confirmed lost, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with filing a claim or investigating further with the shipping carrier. Please note that Frolunora is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered to the correct shipping address.
