📦 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased directly from frolunora.com within 180 days of the delivery date.
If you made your purchase through a third‑party seller or marketplace, please refer to the return policy of that seller.


🔄 What Items Are Eligible?

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, tags, and manuals must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note: Items that are used, washed, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition may not qualify for return or exchange.


🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or marked non‑returnable

  • Opened or used personal hygiene items

  • Any item showing signs of wear or use


🪛 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly help you resolve the issue.

  3. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number

We will respond within 1–2 business days to help arrange a return or replacement.


🕒 Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Eligible items must be returned within 180 days from the original delivery date.

  • Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email regarding your exchange request.

To start a return or exchange:

💵 Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard return shipping is customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect/defective item).

  • In select cases or promotions, pre‑paid return labels may be provided at Frolunora’s discretion.


🛍️ Exchanging for a Different Item

If you want to exchange an item for another product:

  • Please let us know the item you wish to receive instead.

  • Exchanges may require the original item to be returned first.

  • If the new item has a different price, our team will guide you on any price adjustment required.
